Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


"Transition To" Evidence copied to "Entry"

"With the "Transition To" and "Entry Requirements" for the next level being the same goals, it would be helpful for whatever evidence that is entered into the "Transition To" Power Goals to be reflective in the "Entry Requirements" Power Goals because the Power Goals are the same."

    From Brittany Leanne Spencer at Caesar Rodney:

    the notes from the 'transition to' sections should carry over into the actual level because when I go to see if they did a cold read it sometimes look like they haven't done one, but they either chose a cold read that you guys don't have available on SchoolPace for licencing reasonings OR they choose a different book from that level.
