Show number conferences

It would be very helpful to be able to pull conference activity by classroom. We are trying to determine how many times a student has had a conference. It is very cumbersome to go into each student and each evidence section. (Amy Prester Dupage County/Villa Park)

Karin Vogel from Burlington SD to Matt Reher

    Hi Matt,

I have a question following our coaches meeting this morning. We looked at this new screen which is super helpful (see screenshot below) because it tells us how often a student has had conferencing or updated power goal, etc. Students who are at-risk should be met with 3x per week and those in emergency 4-5x? I am wondering if there is a way to pull this data as an export or see it in some way for more than one student at a time? We thought it would be powerful to be able to see the number of conferences each student had throughout the year to see if it matches that frequency or not. Is there a way we can do this for all students by getting a data export? This feels like a cornerstone of the ARC program and we want to be able to see that easily and compare schools and homerooms in this regard. Thanks for any thoughts!

From Devon Young, district Admin at Cape Henlopen:

We need a report at Cape Henlopen School District that helps us to easily evaluate and review the number of conferences students receive between a certain time frame. We use this data as part of our MTSS process so it is absolutely necessary that we have this function. This would be great to have in the export area with number of conferences as an added measure. My building specialists have also added that having a monthly graph of number of students for each student (like there is for points under student history) would be extremely helpful.

Is there a way to export the IRLA Conference Activity By Tier data? I'm trying to look at averages across the course of the year.

From Kimberly Cole, District Admin at Caesar Rodney:

Is there a way to see each students number of conferences for the year as a class and individual without clicking on each students history?

From Laura Arvizu, teacher, at West Chicago School District #33:

Hello, It would be really helpful if we could no just see when the last conference we had with a student, but if we could see how often a student was being conferenced with. This would be especially helpful when we are considering further intervention referrals for students because we could show Student A has an average of 4 conferences a week, while the rest of the class gets an average of 2 conferences week. Forgive me if this information is already available, I have not been able to find it. Thanks!

Shawna Chambers, school admin, at SD 45 DuPage County / Villa Park

It would be great to have a way to see how many conferences specific students have had within a specified interval of time. For example, we wanted to look at roughly how many conferences students have had between our fall and winter benchmarking windows, but we were unable to ascertain this data from School Pace. Thanks!

From Megan S Knapp, school admin, at Greece Central SD

It would be nice to be able to pull up the conference frequency by classroom teacher for at risk, emergency and on level students. We can see it by building but not by teacher.
