Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.
In talking with our ARC coach last week, we were reviewing the IRLA Project Summary report to ID students who were making the different ranges of growth. Our district is in a unique situation where we are using IRLA data for teacher evaluation data. In looking at the classroom dashboard, it doesn't necessarily ID the students making the different ranges of growth. I understand the "growth" category based on the linear regression model, but even so the growth data isn't available and only shows if they are going to be less than a year below grade level (yellow) or 1+ years below grade level (red).
I suppose I was looking for one spot to find the data on projected growth similar to the IRLA Project Summary report for individual classrooms. The IRLA Organizer offers a wide spread of data, but thought it could be a tool to incorporate the projected growth, similar to the IRLA Project Summary, as well. (Jeffrey Albright from Lebanon SD)
