When SP is down or experiencing glitches, schoolpace@americanreading.com is likely inundated with emails from the internal team and our school partners. A message is posted to Teams and/or email sent internally. Partners are also reaching out to their coaches re: these tech issues. Is it possible to add a RT banner to the dashboard acknowledging the issue and when it is resolved?
