From Devon Madison at Aspira Inc of PA:
In the same way it is helpful to see a child's reading level history and power goal history, the evidence history would be powerful data that would allow us to see exactly how our students have learned, year over year. Additionally, some of my teachers are hesitant to completely get rid of their 'guided reading binders' because they know the notes they take for each student in schoolpace can't easily be accessed after that school year. Just a suggestion. Thanks for your consideration!
From Diana Goo, teacher, at Highline SD:
My wish: To be able to click somewhere and ALL the students notes get pulled up by date. So I can see ALL notes from myself and others at A GLANCE.
It takes time to click each level to look at past notes.
From Meghan Warda, admin, at Burlington SD:
HI! I want to access all of a students' evidence notes. The most recent one appears on the IRLA organizer but is there a way to see all previous notes written in evidence?
From Christina Ledford, admin, at Newburgh:
Principal asking-- Is there a report that will provide us with historical notes for conferences with every student?
From Jessica Ordon, admin, at Saratoga Springs City SD:
it would be very helpful to have a summary of teacher notes without having to scroll and look for the teacher notes - at least make the teacher notes in a different color so they are easy to see. Very frustrating trying to write report cards and having to search for my notes for each child
From Jessica Ordon, admin, at Saratoga Springs City SD:
It would be very helpful to be able to view all my evidence in one place for each child. The summary document has TOO MUCH information - I just want to see my own notes.
From Nancy Cooke, admin, at Saratoga Springs City SD:
It would be helpful to have a cumulative record of all comments entered to refer to when writing report cards.
From Claire Attardo, school admin, at Saratoga Springs City SD
It would be super helpful if we could add a calendar to the school pace evidence so if we enter data at a later date, the true amount of sessions with students are indicated in the data. That would also be helpful for when we have connectivity/technology issues.
I would like to see the latest evidence statements and all of them are housed for the class in one place instead of opening up the IRLA for each child such as a report option.

would love to have a place where all evidence statements are housed so we can see all the evidence statements that are written for that student.

I’d love to have a date stamped list of evidence for my student.
Also, I’d like to be able to see the last evidence entered from the IRLA organizer to open fully when clicked on.

"There have been many teacher requests for chronology of evidence being in one place. We understand that evidence for each child is kept by standard in their student history. However, it becomes time consuming to search for the latest detailed evidence when a student is seen by multiple teachers. Also, during MTSS meetings, it has been a high demand request to be able to show/print the chronology of evidence in addition to the standards history."
