Can you add a notes section to the report confirmation section? This would be very convenient so I can put notes in for teachers to read about my observations.

Please consider adding a place for typed notes in the "Report Confirmation Data". Include also a notification mechanism for teachers to see the notes on their data page.

It would be great to have a comment section in the report confirmation data since we are confirming levels of students not in our own classes and notes would help facilitate the conversation.
