Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.
A teacher asked what lessons they should be teaching when a Power Goal is set in transition. It seemed intuitive to me that they would come from the next color level's toolkit, but I realize that the lessons are not provided in the transition requirements. They are provided in the entry requirements. It is probably less useful here since (1) Power Goals are not set in the entry requirements and (2) Teachers would only be teaching these lessons in transition or within the applicable IRLA skill section.
(Please help me move to IRLA or ENIL as category ;).
