Ideas

Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.

We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.

Gathering common data from IRLA Screeners

One of the biggest challenges with using SchoolPace word screener data (power words, phonics screeners) is that there isn't a way for a teacher to look at it for multiple students at a time. This makes it hard for a teacher to efficiently create targeted small groups which focus on similar needs. Even if this feature were difficult to add to the SchoolPace interface, it would be worth it! Students would grow soooooooo much more quickly as readers! Please get back to me to let me know the possibilities here. Idea from a teacher: Penny Peterson from FWPS

Similar request from Harley Van Dunk at Providence:

It would be GREAT to have a function that groups students together by power words.

Similar request from Michelle M Grafton at Pasco:
It would be awesome to be able to look at word lists (1G+) and see collectively what students know. Like an excel spreadsheet with the word and look at the all students seeing who knows it and who doesn't. I know this is a feature on ESGI and would love to see it on SchoolPace.
