Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.
From Carina Casique, admin, at Beloit School District:
I am a Biliteracy coach, and during a one of district ARC meetings we worked on mapping for the unit for the dual language program grade K-5 and it was recommended by the ARC coach that we differentiate the language of the mapping by color. English in blue and Spanish in green. However, the IRLA/ENIL activity differentiates the language by color with IRLA (English) in green and ENIL (Spanish) in blue. Is there a way that ARC can change those colors around so that IRLA is represented in blue color and ENIL is represented in green color? It is confusing when we have established the colors in our district and then the IRLA/ENIL activity is the opposite. Thank you for your consideration!
