Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Writing Feedback- Allow 1-3 points instead of 1-2

It would be nice to have the scoring be a 1-3 instead of 1 or 2 because I think some students are beginning to show they can do certain things but might not have mastered it yet. So it would be a not yet, beginning to meet standard and then a meets standard rating.

    From Courtney Mason, New Britain:

    The rubrics need have more that No 1 Yes because if a student is showing some progress. Starting to add linking words with one word. Cannot give them the yes because it is not fully developed. Can we have a range 3 or even 5 N0, 1,2,3, Yes or No, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Yes. This would be helpful.
