Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.

We would LOVE a toolkit for RTM that focuses on oral language skills. Maybe with story-retell kits. We are struggling with tools for children that are not yet ready for the yellow toolkit.
From Erin McFarland, admin, at Fremont County SD 24:
We are finding more and more over-time that students are coming into school with very low language skills and little to no reading experience.
Would ARC consider putting together purple toolkits that provide us resources to work on these skills? Examples: nursery rhyme units with hands on puppets, language building and hands on tools to help them acquire these skills?
From Andrea Miller, admin, at Fremont Country SD. 24:
I work with transitional kindergarten students and many are not ready for the yellow tool kit. A purple tool kit to support those RTM skills would be great. We have the read alouds and use multiple resources, but a tool kit with nursery rhymes, retelling, etc. would be incredible.
From Emily Sullivan, admin, at Fremont County School Dist. #24:
We have found the need for a RTM Toolkit to benefit those kids who are low language and are not yet ready to sit and listen to stories.
