Parent print out w/ all letter, sounds, and power words

Hello I was wondering if you can create a parent print out form showing all letter, sound and power words that their child may know or may not know. This would be very helpful for parent teacher conferences and help us monitor individual students at a glass. The class report is very lengthy and easily confusing.
