Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.

District administrators and principals at West Chicago School District would like a report that displays how individual students move between proficiency levels (proficient, at risk, emergency) between two dates. The report would show how many students moved between each of the levels (or stayed in the same level), and upon clicking on the interface show exactly which students are part of each group. When viewing the individual students, the report would show student name, reading level, growth, and projected growth for the current school year.
The printable version of this report would omit the visual diagram and show all information in table format. Additional details (students gaining/falling multiple levels, etc.) would be displayed in table format below the main visualization.
Information of this type is typically displayed in a Sankey Diagram. This report can be thought of as the bottom of the Project Summary report with the addition of time.
