Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.

Adding "Zones" for Green Level Power Words

I like how in Blue levels there are zone 1 and 2 words. I think this would be helpful to chunk up the green level power words. It seems overwhelming to have mastery of 60 words all in one power goal. It could be spread out across several power goals.

    Power Goals in Yellow and Green have too many power words per goal. If the goal was in increments of 20, not 60 it would be really helpful.
