Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Bi-Weekly Conference Report

From Brittany LeAnne Spencer, admin, at Caesar Rodney:

Just an idea - send a weekly or bi-weekly data report on conferences. Whether the students got met with the minimal time based on "Emergency, at risk, on level" - set the teachers up for success. Sometimes it's hard to keep up, especially if we have days off and other things happening, impeding the student's specific conference time.
