On the first page of the IHR (printed on 1/26/23) it says "First Grade Target for January: 1B (1.00)." It also says, "This student is currently reading on target."

This is confusing for our parents because technically the goal for our students is 1.5 at this point in the year. This student has just entered into 1B so is technically 5 months behind, as the expectation for September was 1B 1.00.

I would like to request that the IHR reflect current targets and not beginning of year targets so our parents do not think our Tier 2 students are on grade level.
