Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.
From Greg Rotundo on behalf of Newburgh:
Can metric accountability impact conference activity just like it does other reports, such as the data walls. Meaning if a kid is set as Not Accountable to IRLA at the moment, can we NOT count their conference activity in teacher averages and can it be greyed out in the IRLA organizer? Here is the why behind this question. When students are only accountable to IRLA or ENIL (and there are lots of reasons why that would be the case), conference activity from their NON-accountable language, greatly skews overall conference activity. So if a kid had an IRLA conference in September, but have since been set to Not Accountable to IRLA, it's showing they haven't had a conference in 130 days which again, skews data.
