Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Separate Upper/Lowercase Letters Check Totals

From Jessica Ordon, admin, at Saratoga Springs City SD:


1. capital and lowercase letters need to be separated or at least totaled out of 26 instead of the 52. It's very frustrating to have to then count up each column to find specific capital and lowercase totals. All letters out of 52 does not give me good information as a teacher!


2. LETTER SOUNDS OUT OF 26!!! I understand the purpose is to make the initial sound and that's why you only check 18 sounds. HOWEVER, it is very frustrating to then have to get a paper checklist find out how many letter sounds they know out of 26!

    Hello!

    For the new letter names and sounds inventory PLEASE give totals out of 26 for each; uppercase, lowercase, and sounds. Out of 52 total for upper/lower is NOT HELPFUL. We currently use paper/pencil for upper/lower/sounds.
