Ability to sort/filter Class View

From Tigra Lopez, teacher, at Durham PS:

suggestion: i'd like a view showing only the kids who are in a certain level ( like the filter feature) in entering irla data for multiple students

From Diana Torres, teacher, at Caesar Rodney:

This spreadsheet is extremely helpful in identifying which words students have/have not mastered and allows us to group students for learning with similar need...however, it's very cumbersome to read with all the scrolling and up and down. Is there any way to add the capability to select specific students and compare their words? For instance, if I have 4 1G students with the power goal of adding +15 power words, I would like to be able to isolate just those 4 students and compare their power word list to date. Other wise I have to continually write and rewrite the lists of words they have mastered, or continually print a new report every few days to keep these groupings current and meaningful. Thanks!

From Meaghan Hmura, teacher, at Saratoga Springs City SD:

Can we change SchoolPace to see whole class power words by IRLA level instead of just by student names (alphabetically)? I would like to be able to sort and see how many power words (and which ones) my 1G students know or my 2G students know etc.. Thank you.

From Cassandra Lavigne, teacher, at Saratoga Springs City SD:

We would like to be able to sort kids power words by level instead of just the entire class alphabetically.

From Lisa Compositor, teacher, at Saratoga Springs City SD:

It would be nice to be able to see all the power words the kids in my class know and be able to sort by level, etc.

From teachers, at Saratoga Springs City SD:

We would love to be able to sort students' known letters and power words by level and total number of letters or words.

Can you make it so we can see the power words by student but have the ability to sort by level (students who are on the same level in my cohort) or by conference. Instead of just listing all the words alphabetically.

We would like to see whole class Power Words on SchoolPace by level rather than alphabetically.by student. We would like to be able to sort and see how many Power Words (and which ones) our 1G or 2G students know.

I work with this teacher, and her idea is really powerful when it comes to using data efficiently to work with students. When she currently opens up the class view, all her kids are seen (those not even in 1G), so it's hard for her to filter through the 20 kids and 60 power words to target which ones are needed. If she could filter out kids at other levels, then the 4 students she has at 1G would appear in the view and she could easily pull the words needed. I hope this makes sense.
