Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Engagement Guide - a list of explicit strategies that support student engagement.

Jennifer Seravallo has an entire chapter dedicated to supporting engagement mini lessons.  Some of these ideas are also in our Literacy Lab. However,  teachers are always asking for more support when it comes to engagement. The engagement guide could help teachers with mini lessons  much like the toolkits. Teachers have done an incredible job identifying students engagement scores, but need action plans or next steps for students not engaged.  Leadership Learning has supported this work, but wondering if we could provide materials as well.

    Thanks so much! I wonder whether a starting place could be submitting the useful ideas to the IRLA Resource Center using the "Submit Resource" feature.
