Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


"Graphic Novel" as a Genre

Just a suggestion for the Graphic Novel "Genre" Card.

Graphic Novels are not a genre, they are a format, similar to poetry. You can have non-fiction graphic novels, historical fiction graphic novels, memoir graphic novels, etc. We should be encouraging students to be reading different formats of text (like graphic novels) however it should not be taught as its own genre.
