Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Assign multiple power goals

Kate Shoemaker from Kodiak Island Borough School District submitted this request:


Can you please make it possible to select two power goal for a student. One goal for home, one goal for school. Or one goal for small group, one goal for whole group.

    A Power Goal is the ONE thing a student MOST needs to practice/learn between now and the next conference, hopefully they are practicing this in school, at home, in small group, and whole group as well.

    This doesn't preclude the student from working on other things as well, but provides clarity around this one important goal.
