Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Reorder 1R Phonics Assessment Pages

The 1R Phonics Checks orders the phonics skills differently from the way they are sequenced in the toolkit. I'm thinking it would reduce confusion and lead to more accurate Power Goals if the 1R phonics check (pg 114) were ordered to match the toolkit - 3-syllable regular, common suffixes, 3-letter blends, and then trickier pieces.
