Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


A glossary of words that support pedagogy and “ARC” Language.

John Hattie reminds us the power of collective teacher efficacy. Teachers don’t always know pedagogical terminology or are  learning so much all at once that a reference for them would help build capacity.

    Thanks, Piper! The Procedural Feedback Crib Sheet skills card might be a resource for that (can be located here). Is that the type of language you're thinking of?

    This would also help build a common language in PLCs which supports collective teacher efficacy.
