Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.


We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.


Make penmanship lines in notebooks smaller for 2nd and up grade levels

Newburgh has expressed that they would like for the penmanship lines in the 2nd grade and up notebooks to be smaller. I wonder if we can keep the current version as version 1 and make a version 2 with single lines per page, like a notebook paper.

    Westbury had the same request. 3rd grade really pushed back.
