Because, “there will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to execute,” (The 4 Disciplines of Execution), at ARC we work collaboratively across divisions to refine/revise/re-prioritize the Product Development plan to meet the needs of our customers.
We are experimenting with this forum as a space for ARC teammates to share ideas.
I received feedback from ARC Core Champion, April Lambert, from Cody-Kilgore Community Schools in Nebraska. She finds that using the IRLA Toolkits lessons is a bit more cumbersome than the lower IRLA levels (she expected). She suggested that ARC include more explicit lessons for teachers and more interactive materials (worksheets) for students, especially in the Or and Pu level lessons regarding figurative language, theme and vocabulary.
She also requested the we provide Coaching Records for the Bronze and Silver levels.
Thank you for the feedback.
The Coaching Records go through 2Br currently.
We do encourage students to have copies of their own IRLA, especially at the highest levels to drive their own learning.
Will consider the rest for on-going revisions.
